WHAT IS YUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We offer the following cancellation policies and FAQ:

What happens if my ship is delayed getting into port?

If your ship is late, please call your tour operator so that your tour time can be adjusted. If an alternate tour time is not compatible with your schedule, your ticket will be fully refunded with no fees or penalty.

What if my tour is cancelled due to bad weather?

All tours that cancel because of weather, mechanical failure or other unforeseen circumstances, just give us a call or send us an e-mail to let us know “please tell us as soon as you know” and provide us with your reservation number we’ll be happy to refund your money 100% no fees or penalties.

Where do I meet the tour operator to be picked up for my excursion?

Most of our shore excursions include pickup right there at the marina or within a short walking distance of your cruise ship unless otherwise noted. When you purchase your excursion, your ticket will be sent to you via email with detailed meeting instructions and emergency contact information. 

How close is the pick-up location to the cruise ship?

Most excursions meet you either at the Marina or within a maximum 5-10 minute walk unless otherwise noted. All pertinent directions and details will be listed on your ticket.

I'm worried that i wont´t get back in time to make my ship

Don’t worry, we are here to take care of you.  We won’t let you book an excursion that is too long for your cruise stop, and our tour operators will make sure you’re back in time.  If you are  concerned, make sure to discuss with your tour guide, he/she will take care of everything for you.

What if it rains on the day of my excursion?

If it does rain on the day of your tour, but the tour still goes out, there are no refunds. However, if there is a storm, and the tour is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. The rain is usually for a short period of time and usually after the rain you will have sunshine again.

What happens after i make a reservation?

You’ll immediately receive a receipt of your reservation. This is just to assure you that your reservation request was received, and your transaction was successfully made. 

Within 24 hours in most cases, we will send you an electronic ticket via e-mail that you’ll print out and bring with you the day of your tour.

 Make sure to review the ticket for accuracy the moment you receive it. If there are any corrections to be made, let us know right away. If you are not at the meeting place indicated on your ticket at the time indicated on your ticket, no refunds will be issued, even if a different time or location is shown on the website, so be 100% sure to print your ticket and follow the instructions on it.

What if I am unable to print my ticket before I arrive in port?

All reservations are saved under the name of the person who purchased the excursion and is kept on file. Having your tickets in-hand is important to avoid confusion because the directions and meeting instructions are stated on your ticket. It is essential to have your confirmation number with you at the of your excursion even if you don’t have you ticket with you.

Do you offer tours for large groups?

Definitely, arrangements of tours for groups or large families are possible. We can even offer you a group discount or more amenities, depending on the size of your group. Please contact us with your group requirements at info@mycaboexcursions.com

Can multiple families book a tour and be together?

Yes! Multiple families may join the same tour as long as adequate space is available and the maximum is not exceeded.

Getting Around Cabo San Lucas

The best way to explore Cabo San Lucas is on foot, but there are taxis everywhere. The boardwalk around the marina is home to many of Cabo San Lucas’ best shops and restaurants and probably the best way to get around Cabo.
